SCI投稿前必查细节之“伦理学问题”
SCI期刊都非常重视伦理学问题，《PLOSONE》)可以作为典范，而国内学者经常疏忽这一问题。
如果研究中涉及实验动物的，必须要经过所在单位(大学或研究机构或医院)动物伦理委员会的批准，理论上还提供批准编号，并在文章的“方法学(methods)\” 部分注明: This study was approved by the animal ethics committee of X X X (单位); 如果研究中有人的参与，则必须获得机构伦理委员会的批准，并经过受试者的同意，获得他们签名的知情同意书(informed consent); 如果涉及未成年人，需要获得其监护人签名的知情同意书。
通常在方法学里标明:“The study protocol was approved by the ethics review board of X X X(单位).We have obtained written informed consent from all study participants .All of the procedures were performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and relevant policies in China”;
如果其中涉及未成年人，则需要在其中多标注一句话:“We obtained written parental consent for the minors before the study was begun ”;
如果研究为回顾性分析retrospective),则可以这样写:\”The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki,and the study protocol was approved by the ethics committee of x x x (单位).Because of the rtrospective nature of the study,patient consent for inclusion was waived。
